Dream Midtown, by Hyatt

The rooms are really nice and the location is amazing. Very walkable to major areas like Times Square and Central Park. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Serafina, the Italian restaurant was delicious and had outdoor dining.

Amazing place to stay to explore NY

My room had a stench that progressively got worse throughout my stay, it was bothersome but not enough to go through a room change hassle. It’s definitely on the thrifty end but it’s a solid option for the area and price. The gym pass was fantastic and it’s a mere 5 min away. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location and value.

Nicely sized and appointed room. Very clean. Helpful staff. Only complaint was that they only offered standard free wifi, and the service was consequently very poor. Luckily I wasn't there to work, but had I been, it would have been difficult. Would definitly book again, though. Midtown location is great.

Very quiet hotel. Old but clean with a nice attentive staff. Room a nice size. Could have had more lights for reading.

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel advertised a complimentary breakfast and a rooftop, but the breakfast was not actually free, and the rooftop was not open during my visit. Those amenities were part of why I chose this property, so that was frustrating. As a Hyatt World member, I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Unfortunately, my room did not meet those expectations. The carpet was dirty, the chairs needed to be wiped down, and the room could use fresh touch-up paint to improve its overall appearance. There were also gnats in the bathroom, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. It simply did not reflect the quality I’ve experienced during previous stays at Hyatt properties. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests receive the level of service and quality that Hyatt is known for.

This property needs a little updating and the rooms are a little small but the rooms are clean and bright and the hotel's location is fantastic. Can walk to Times Square, Central Park, 5th Avenue and many other places. There are also so many restaurants close by! The staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. Guest services was extremeley responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

Super emplacement, proche de Times Square. Idéal pour ceux qui veulent visiter Manhattan à pied Mini épicerie proche. Stationnement disponible et facile en sus. Rien de négatif sur l'hôtel. Oui les chambres sont relativement petites. Serviettes changées quotidiennement.(Note à la hôtel: ce qui est inutile et nuit à l'écologie)
