Our room had no air. It stayed at 84. Tried to move to another room and the worker said we will have maintenance come up in a bit and look at it. Waited 20 min- SWEATING! Had to ask multiple times for another room. Finally gave us another room. Air worked but it wasn’t cold. The room stayed at 78. No help from staff. Managers won’t call us back. I’m not stopping. This is unacceptable on so many levels.

Love this room, love the staff, the hotel is very comfortable. Tamike, Moe and Ericka are the best!!!!!! Overall love this place!
