Well, the hotel would have been ok if it was at the please it says it is!
Be careful. I booked this hotel during my visit to Canton Fair. My main reason choosing it was because of the location. It says it is only 10 minutes driving distance from the Canton Fair Complex. But actually it is more than an hour away. Even the place it shows in the map is not correct. This is false advertising and cheating. I wasted more than 2.5 hours everyday just going to the fair and coming back! This is not acceptable at all. I met few other extremely unsatisfied guests at the hotel, as they were also deceived like me.
Another thing, it talks / brags about amenities! It says it has full time spa at the hotel, but they don't. Also, there's a cattle in the room, but no tea or coffee are given.
To top it up, complaining to Expedia is even more difficult. It only connects with ai bot and does not even give you enough options to talk about!
