The room looked clean and was comfortable. However, we experienced allergy problems as soon as we returned to the room each day. Other than that, it was good.

Outside steps were starting to crumble needed to be fixed/repainted
No pets were supposed to be in the rooms yet. There was a large dog on the lower level in the room.
Heater/air conditioner unit was very noisy
Room was clean and beds were comfortable
The breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and prepackaged rice, crispy bars

The bathroom had excellent updates. Clean, great towels- not scratchy.Great sheets and bedding. Comfy!
Air conditioning did not keep the room cool enough. But, to be fair, my husband is a polar bear.

Bed in room was not queen size more like full size. Was a non smoking room but had a smoke smell inside. Pool was closed.

The Young lady at checkin remembered me from previous stays, greeted me by name, and went out of her way to help me book an extra day that I had not reserved.

Room was clean. There is not a lot of parking in the parking lot and it is very tight so if the hotel is full, it is hard to get in and out of there with a pick up or anything other than a small car good location to downtown Colorado Springs.
