Did not like the extra cost for parking should have been included with the hotel cost

Pleasent stay in this Days Inn. Room was clean and comfortable and AC and WiFi both worked well. Breakfast was basic but functional although the restaurant is too small for the number of guests and it can be hard to find a table. Only complaint was about the parking which was very expensive compared to other public parking options - although you don’t know that until you’ve checked in and paid which did seem a bit unfair

Overall: Decent Option for a Short Stay ​The Good: ​1. Location & Check-Out: Fantastic location close to Clifton Hill and great local spots, but far enough away that noise wasn’t an issue. Check-out was fast and hassle-free. ​2. Cleanliness: The hotel and rooms were remarkably clean—housekeeping is doing an amazing job. ​3. Room Functionality: The heating and cooling unit worked great and was easy to control. TV and lights all worked well. 4. ​Staff: Except for a very loud and unwelcoming employee at check-in, the rest of the staff were wonderfully nice and hospitable throughout the stay. ​Things to Keep in Mind: ​1. Plumbing Glitch: The bath tub of had, the tap were reversed (hot is cold, cold is hot), which gave me a scalding surprise when I tried to cool down the water! ​2. No Mini-Fridge: First time I’ve stayed in a room without a mini-fridge, so I had to rely on my own cooler for drinks. ​3. Elevators & Parking: On-site parking fills quickly, though the backup lot across the street is a short walk. Only one elevator was properly reaching the 6th floor, making it pretty slow. ​4. Breakfast: The continental breakfast is okay, but seating is limited so go early. Also, grab ice because the orange juice was warm. ​Overall, not bad for a quick trip!
