Suburban Studios Houston North I-45

Horrible experience, this place is terrible, the smell is atrocious, I wish I was being dramatic but I’m not, roaches, dirty stinky hallway and elevator, the nasty smell hits you right when you walk in the lobby and never goes away till you reach your room, there are roaches, they even walk you out, there is no room service, it stinks like dogs, dog poop, dog pee, like the people let the dogs defecate in their rooms and don’t clean it, the whole Place smells of nasty dog and mold, I tried to use the stairwell and oh my Jesus the stench of animal feces was intolerable, than there’s the noise, kids crying, yelling, loud music late at night, during the day there is banging on the walls, like the people just let their kids run around, the bed that was in my room was so uncomfortable, there was a bump in the middle and it felt like it was caving in on the sides, the pillows looks dirty, there was a lady cleaning, but the place still stank, it was like she never cleaned the mop and just spread the nastiness throughout the building, also it looks sketchy outside at night, sadly I couldn’t leave and had to stay the days I paid for, but I will never return to this place, horrible, there is a couch in the room and it’s gross, looks like someone died on it, I do not recommend this place.

Prostitution and drug, use and selling at property. Horrible place

The room was disgusting. There was mold on the walls, refrigerator, and lamps. The bathroom was terrible and dirty. I didn’t even end up staying here, I was scared I would get sick. I could not get a refund either. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Room was smelling horrible & allot of cockroaches,will never ever stay here again

This place does not have a gym as advertised. The microwave doesn’t work. Not a safe area. I saw a security guard at night, once. The towel holder fell off the wall. There was no blanket for the bed. The carpet floor was dirty. People up walking around, playing music, all night and day. With that said, the staff was actually very polite and friendly.

Raiding

The room was not very clean there was ash on the outlet. The freezer didn’t keep anything frozen. The window had a leak and during a heavy rain storm we had a water puddle on the floor and under our bed. The staff were friendly and helpful but the cleanliness of the place was not very good. We also had towels that were stained with grey and black marks, they just looked super dirty. It stunk in parts of the facility as well.

The kitchen had dead roaches the bath room had live roaches two of thinnest towels I’d ever seen to dry off with in my life box spring nasty dirty and dingy smoke detector kept beeping all night

Well my family has been treated bad by three hotels so when we arrived at this Suburban Studios I didn't expect much. But it's comfortable, relaxing children having fun.. very pet friendly and they help you any way possible so that you won't have any worries and you can just relax and enjoy your stay..... From the clerks to the GM my family wants to thank you and say we appreciate you hospitality and just real love and kindness as if we were family.. Thee is no problem they can't solve...
