Clean and friendly staff but needs updating and the restaurant is expensive.

The TV did not work, the phone did not work, electronic foor lock did not work, the property was run down and unkept, the room was dated with damaged furniture and equipment, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room was very expensive and they charged $25.00 per day for parking. Over rated and over priced. There are far better hotels in St John’s for less money. Don’t stay here!

Outdated, many amenities out of order (chip and pop machines), rooms still have smoke smell despite being non-smoking, and incredibly overpriced for quality. Stayed another night a different hotel in same area for less money and much better quality.

Stayed here for a week and booked the king size bed with city view. Good location, comfortable bed and clean room. The room had a small fridge which was useful. The weight room and the separate stretching area (looked like a converted squash court) have old equipment but it did its job. Will stay here if I visit St. John’s again.

It is a beautiful hotel but our room was right beside the laundry room and it was very very noisy. We could hear the machines, people talking and laughing and the door slam from very early in the morning. The bedroom shared the wall with the laundry room

Cleanliness was fine. However, I had numerous problems getting in and out of the parking lot with the pass keys to get the gate to open, I notice other guests having the same problem.
One other thing was a meal I didn"t have in the main dining room. I ordered a T-Bone steak I had to send back twice. The quality of the meat was unacceptable.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, location was good and the hot tub and pool were clean andwell maintained.
Only one restaurant on site with a limited menu. Accessing the hotel via the driveway is only one way which makes it dangerous for people being dropped off because cards are backing down the one way so they don’t have to pay to access the parking lot to get out.
Vending machines were practically empty and housekeeping needs a little more attention.
I personally did not like the fact that the hotel charged my credit card over $1600 as a deposit when my room was fully paid for months prior to my stay.
