Stains on table inside the room. low battery carbon monoxide alarm kept beeping in the spa which wasn’t very relaxing, and then when we asked the staff to replace the battery they just removed the alarm, which seems unsafe. No free continental breakfast and older tvs won’t even let you mirror cast from your phone. Spa service is very minimal. Very small. “Arcade” room is advertised, but it’s barely anything just a room with a pool table and some board games.

Overpriced and not really any more luxurious than a good Holiday Inn. No bed spreads, limited TV choices, window view overlooks industrial buildings.

Everything was great during my stay. The staff was very professional and nice. The room was very clean. The pool and hot tub are small but very comfortable and relaxing. I used the hair services at the spa and she did a beautiful job with my braided updo. The whole experience was excellent. If I am ever traveling to that area again, I will definitely stay there.

Breakfast was above the average hotel breakfast. My wife enjoyed the spa and the property was great overall.

Hotel needs updating. Bathroom shower was painful, the pressure was so wonky. There was also no ventilation which made the bathroom and whole room swampy. Air conditioning did not work, making the dampness even more uncomfortable. Walls were too thin -- we could hear everything in the room next door which also made for a terrible night's rest. Would not stay here again.

Great place to stay overall. Two points of consideration for the hotel management which is not a complaint but just suggestion. 1, your handicap parking spot for further away than other spots that are much closer. The hybrids brats for example
