The Grand Hotel was a great place to stay. Respectful and accommodating staff and always willing to help when needed. In the middle of Hachinohe and is a good hotel to stay while walking the city but very safe and quiet.

A very pleasant surprise.
The rooms are enormous for a Japanese business hotel.
Beds are comfortable.
Bathroom is standard for this type of hotel.
Staff were very helpful.
Free sake tasting was an added bonus.

We stayed only one night, and already looking forward to be back. Staff were amazing, very helpful, super welcoming, recommended good restaurant near by.
Rooms are huge for Japan standards.
Sake tasting in the hotel.
Price is more than fair, all recommendations!

The room was clean and spacious; the staff were very nice; and the price was great! I got a room on the fifth floor, and the view was nice but nothing spectacular. I mostly loved how much space there was in the room! I could easly stay in the room all day if it was rainy or I didn't feel like going out. There are several convinience stores within easy walking distance as well as bus stops, train station, shopping, restaurants, and a nice park. The art museum is right next door, although I did not get an oppertunity to check it out. I chose to get my meals from convinence stores to keep my costs down, but there is a restaurant in the hotel as well. Would recommend to anyone staying in Hachinohe!

Close to Main Street for dining and shopping. Staff were nice and parking was just across the street. I enjoyed my stay.
