Great staff and property, would be great to have a vending machine or somewhere in the hotel to get snacks (no food options at the hotel).

The hotel is great and I have been staying regularly here for 20 years (since it was new). This time I was disappointed for two reasons: 1. This is the first time I was not allowed access to ground floor door - which is closest to all the Cafes & restaurants. Staff said it was for Residents only - fine but this is the first time in 20 years. The Lobby door has access to the street & park - nothing else nearby. Now I have to walk in the rain to get breakfast! 2. the carpark cost increased by 20% to $50 per night - it is too much!
