Long elevator wait time, and constantly crowded elevators. Also, the pool area was horrible. Tons of empty reserved seating, while many people had to sit in the grass, along the sides. The reservation seating system is a disaster. It should be first come first serve on the normal chairs and reservations for the day beds or cabanas. There were over 50 regular chairs that had reserved labels on them, but were empty for most of the day, while dozens of people had to sit on the ground, grass, etc. Also no bar food service while sitting is weak.
