Location was fantastic, room was small but clean. Breakfast was great really good value. Will stay again but perhaps a bigger room.

I am disappointed with the current management, particularly with Abul, who comes across as arrogant and rude, showing little empathy and disregard for guest comfort. While the regular staff is exceptional and helpful, their ongoing issues with General Management highlight a need for a reshuffle or replacement within the management team. This experience could have been a five-star stay if not for Abul’s unwelcoming demeanor.

One thing to keep in mind, there’s is no parking available at this

A very clean, quiet hotel in the City. The duvet, pillows and mattress were just right for me. It was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't free but it was definitely quality. Overall, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location great breakfast very clean

Lovely staff and area. I was disappointed to find a double room being only a single room. They said it's standard but all their rooms only have one bed. Beware.

Second time staying in London recently. This was cheaper than other places. Mainly due to the location. However, it was very modern. Had an air conditioning (which was needed during the heatwave in July) easy check in, friendly staff and very safe. Thanks, hope to see you again soon

Very clean rooms, but very small for even one person. Adequate breakfast at a little extra cost, but worth it because if you fill up, you won’t need to snack all over London which adds up. Also, this hotel is central to so much using public transportation. Diabetics should please note there are no fridges in the room for your medicine- I asked for my freezer packs (Not medication) to be frozen and they will only refrigerate. A warning- they have a taxi phone in the lobby which I used because my bags were heavy. I only needed to go to Farringdon train Station. I checked online and it is about 4.40 for this short distance. I was charged 40 POUNDS and I was first taken to an ATM to get it in cash. Get your own cab, don’t use this service. Shame on this cab company and on the HUB for providing the phone for this.

Lovely hotel, really clean and modern. We chose the smallest type of room but it was fine for a weekend in London. The area around the hotel is great too, and it's very well connected with the rest of the city.
