A few tips! 1. When ubering, the driver will drop you off at a random place. It's better to get dropped of CU convenient store next to the hotel. 2. I booked through Expedia and I assumed breakfast was included. But it was not. Either the booking options weren't clear or was not written (hence assumed). 3. If you book through their Anook app, you can get a late checkout and a 10% discount. 4. The twin room beds are tiny, just fyi. Otherwise, my experience was great overall. The staff was very helpful, especially the front desk staff (김동현 님) who listened to my concerned and helped/offered a later checkout. These small things matter when it comes to customer service. I hope to come back again!

호텔 이름처럼 아늑하고 좋았어요. 직원 분도 굉장히 친절하십니다.

트윈룸이라 그런지 답답한 느낌이 없어서 좋았습니다. 화장실과 샤워실 관리가 잘 되어 있고 수건도 넉넉하게 준비되어 있어 만족스럽습니다.

The first room we booked smelled like sewage, but credit to the front desk for giving us a replacement right away without any trouble. However the replacement room had oddities such as a hard photo album of a previous guest under the bedsheets, which makes you wonder the last time the room had been cleaned. Came away from that room with small bites/rashes on my skin and legs. Which, to be fair, my fiancé did not catch (she slept in a different bed). Overall the service was good but the hotel room was not a good experience. Hope this helps improve conditions.

The room is a bit small, and one of the lights near my room's door is broken and keeps flickering.

Small, relatively modern boutique hotel with well maintained sauna facilities. Breakfast buffet was a 3.8/5 for 20,000 won. Simple but effective. Onsite laundry facilities is a plus. If you have time, go to the 18th floor rooftop terrace where a robot will make you a latte or cappuccino for a or 4,500 won. Only major issue I had was the inability for Expedia to provide an online receipt for my stay. Don’t know if there are connection problems between the hotel and Expedia that is causing this.

My family of four loved all of it.

It was better than expected. I stayed in five different hotels while traveling in Korea. And this one was one of the best. It’s in great location, very clean and friendly staffs. I recommend.
