The property feels relatively new and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful with check-in, local recommendations, and arranging transportation when needed. The location worked well for exploring the city — reasonably accessible to key spots like the beach areas, Dragon Bridge, and local restaurants via Grab or short taxi rides. Facilities were solid for the price point, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and overall quiet atmosphere for resting after days out. Value for money was one of the stronger points. A few minor notes: depending on the exact unit, noise or views can vary, and it’s worth confirming exact distance to the beach or city center when booking if those are priorities. Clean place and great location. The staff were fantastic. The provided gifts as there is a little construction in the area and lobby. Once all the work is done, this location is ideal for solo travellers and couples
