We loved our stay at Ergon! The staff is very helpful and breakfast is amazing. The hotel is very well located and the rooftop is fantastic!

Nosotros llegamos a las 8:00 de la noche, tal cual habíamos planeado y avisado. Habíamos pedido una habitación con dos camas individuales. Éramos nivel alto de Hotels.com y cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que era mínima mucho más chica que lo que aparece en Internet el que dormía de la cama de un lado, no podía acceder al otro lado, si no pasaba caminando por arriba del que estaba durmiendo. El baño muy mal resuelto, el lavabo salpicaba todo no había donde moverse en la habitación y no fueron muy amables no encontraron ninguna solución a pesar de que habíamos avisado de que llegábamos tarde y que esperábamos que nos reservan la habitación. Muy mala relación costo servicio. El desayuno demoraba un montón por que atienden gente de afuera con lo cual no hay ningún tipo de prioridad ni buena atención a la gente que se hospeda en el Hotel, no hay prácticamente Front Desk. Básicamente no lo recomiendo

We loved this hotel! Perfect location, room was perfect, check in/out was super easy, the bar upstairs was so nice with a beautiful view of the Acropolis and the included breakfast was absolutely PHENOMENOL. We wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel and location. Lighting in room, especially over bathroom sink was insufficient. Hotel did not provide wash cloths. Breakfast was great. Rooftop deck is very nice!

Really loved our stay. Great location with an amazing breakfast. Rooms were spacious and very design forward. We booked two rooms for a family of four and while they did not have adjoining rooms available they did a good job of giving us adjacent rooms at the end of a hall so we could go back forth easily. The bathroom design choices are questionable: the sink is a rock with a small bowl carved out and there’s barely any space to put toiletries; the shower stall is only frosted glass and opens into the middle of room with no where to put a towel or clothes. It all looks very nice but is kind of impractical.
