If your room is located in the Annex building, your stay will be inconvenient when compared to the main building. Only one elevator constantly being used and cleaning staff can be loud, laundry and other amenities will require you to go to the other building.

A great location with a great selection of restaurants and bars in the area; plus, a couple blocks from the Shimbashi Station and monorail station that takes you to Odaiba!

Hotel was close to train station. Room was very small around size of cruise ship cabin. Noise from passing trains noticeable from early morning until late at night, if you are a light sleeper best to take ear plugs. Breakfast during our stay was not on-site but in a small restaurant around the corner, selection was minimal pizza or scrambled eggs for western breakfast, not that great. Restaurants all around with plenty of choice for dinner.

Excellent place to use as home base during trip. Washer/dryer also available so less clothes packing required meaning more room for souvenirs!
