The hotel was very nice and the staff were super friendly. They greeted us at the door by our names and welcomed us for our honeymoon. They also had a great breakfast with incredible views for an affordable price. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Excellent hotel. We booked a "sea view" which really overlooks a lake next to the ocean. The beds are very comfortable and there are good dining options close by. Some of the staff was great and helped us book a tour and bus back to Hanoi. Other staff was a bit indifferent, but maybe it was a language barrier.

Postitives- the view of the lake, convenience of being five minutes walk from the main drag but far enough away that it was intrusive or noisy, the size of the room and furnishings, the staff seemingly cared about making the stay enjoyable.
A negative comment couldn't be said in honesty about this hotel. Incredible value for money.

Nice clean rooms. Staff was very nice and spoke good english. Staff helped us rent a motorbike so we could drive to Cat Ba National Park. The rooms weren’t very sound proof, but it was pretty quiet were the hotel is located.

Great stay with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good location with short walk to everything, or cheap scooter rental right from hotel if you want to ride. Would stay again with family.
Only negative was you need to insert room key to power room, so when you leave room the refrigerator (and aircon) is not powered. After long day out would be nice to have cold drinks in fridge.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. The hotel was clean and a 5min walk away from the nicest restaurant Mona.
