The actual property was lovely, clean, and had everything needed for a short stay. Unfortunately the rooms were not sound proof at all, and the adjoining rooms normal family discussion and tv watching was unbearably loud for us next door whilst trying to sleep - keeping us up until after 11pm. For that reason, I would not stay here again.

The beds were amazingly comfy as were the pillows. HUGE tv, plenty of options to stream if you have those services to log in to. Right on the main street, but set back enough on the property that it was really quite. Everything you could want is within a 1 minute walk. But If you're looking to sleep in though the light streaming through the curtains will challenge that as they are not block out and there is glass above the door with no curtains at all.

Seemless check in and check out process. Very clean room. Great location. Only negative was about the aircon - didn't seem to work and/or room couldn't warm up. Maybe it was the user :)

No one on reception just after 6pm. No light on reception sign so hard to find and very dim light to read visa card number after contacting management by phone

The location was fantastic. The bedroom was lovely with the garden outlook. The bathroom needed repairs. Tile and grout were worn and chipped. Staff were cheerful, helpful and were attentive to our feedback.

The bed and bedding was comfortable and very clean, but the floor was in need of a vacuum, and the shower was terrible, took forever to be able to sort the right temperature via the water saving shower head! Overall, not bad and very convenient to our event that weekend.
