It’s sad to see a beautiful hotel become rundown. The carpet had stains and were worn out: both in the rooms I had as well as corridors. On a separate issue, I had to call multiple times ( over 8 hrs) to get a toilet roll and tissue box replaced. The desk chair had a big depression from all the people who sat in it. I saw dishes being hand washed behind the omelette counter and there were flies. On the positive side, the check in reception, the security staff and bell staff were excellent. The hotel management needs to update and remodel the property.

I booked 2 room for my parents and my siblings and paid 600£ for 3 nights . They had awful experience bar was included but when they checked in the room , the staff came and took the drinks from the room fridge infront of guests staying in. Saying “ ye pee na len drinks le jao” even when it was all included. there were no room amenities inside room only one tooth brush for 2 adults rooms and no slippers inside , no towels , and the mini fridge inside the room was not working, it has some technical problem , had worst experience . It just a hype of “PC” it hasn’t maintained its standard. Poorly trained staff. Unprofessional. 👎

My room was comfortable but there was no air conditioning in the room I’m temperature 35 C. Apparently valves were closed or choked. Bathroom was very outdated, no towels in the bathroom or bathrobe. I was not expecting poor maintenance in Karachi PC with the amount it cost us £106 par night. I had to request towels, I requested to fix the air conditioning. We were informed that there’s a leakage and it will take half an hour to fix. So much disturbance in the room whilst they were inspecting the air conditioning, we had to leave the room to go out to eat. Not happy! Very disappointed stay.

Excellent breakfast menu and really good service. Gym is well-equipped and indoor pool and steam room are well-maintained. Shamoon at the gym was really accommodating and made the whole experience really good. Overall excellent customer service and would highly recommend.

The room was not bad but the overall ambience of the hotel is terrible. Other PCs are way better The staff at check-in were not helpful at all and had no interest in helping me. Would not stay here again!
