AC was troublesome for us Americans. Couldn't quite get the room cool enough for us but we're used to different temperatures. The toilet paper was not plentiful enough for three people, staff was good to give us extra but we ended up stopping at the store and purchased our own since the hotel rolls are like quarter rolls. We're on extend vacation so we did utilize the laundry service, it was quicker than advertised, only draw back was that several items of clothing had tags stapled through the fabric so small holes are now present.
Room was clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and we did utilize the rooftop bar which was good as well. Location was good for quick access to the train, decent walk to the Port and town central as well.
