Nice place

I would liked to waters, coffee and towels brought in daily. I had to call three times to get coffee pods brought up even though the cleaning ppl had come already. They didn’t leave those items.

Recently rented 3 rooms for my Dad's 80th birthday. Overall, everyone had a great experience. Check in was easy, hotel/condo is brand new, very clean, and stay went well. It's a newer build, so the walls are a little thin, but it didn't cause any problems during the stay. Everyone was very friendly. Next time we're back in the area, this property will be on our list for consideration. Special thanks to Rebecca, Liza, Johvanne (maintenance), and the rest of the team! If you're looking for a room in Coral Gables, I highly recommend checking them out!

Had a great few days staying here, super convenient. Clean, comfortable, everything you could need in the room, great pool, staff are super friendly. Will definitely be back!

There are hidden fees with the hotel that are not listed upfront, totaling quite a bit more than the original listing. $130 room cleaning fee, regardless of duration of stay (I stayed two nights total, one person only) and $40 per day resort fee. The room was nice and the location is very convenient. The bed, bedding and pillows are horrible. Truly, really bad.

Great location between airport and University. Excellent Shopping and food steps away. Rooftop pool is a plus!

We had a very nice new suite and the staff is very helpful and nice, but this is not a hotel. It is more of a good Vrbo experience. For example, there are no food or drinks available onsite.

The pool was amazing!!! Our room was spotless!!

the staff is great. it is also very new and they are balancing everything out
