Grand Jomtien Palace Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Complicated check in, and even more checking out. Otherwise nice hotel close to beach and many restaurants and bars.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The location to the beach is convenient; however, front desk services are terrible. Also, the rooms are very dated and key pad is barely working to keep the lights on in the room. A Jr. Suite room for 4 people with one tiny bathroom is not practical. Not to mentioned housekeeping took picture of another room mini bar and told it was ours and overcharged. There are only 2 elevators with no circulation and very old from 1980s. Imagine youself stuck in a group of people with bad body ordour, you'll have to hold your breath until you get to your floor. disappointed and not recommended.

Beach view wasn’t that great and skipped breakfast

Room was cleaned everyday. Staff were great. Private balcony overlooking the ground floor pool and partial views of the beach. Swim up bar was a bonus. Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel pictures on Expedia are very very outdated and is deceiving. This is a very old hotel and it really shows. When we got there we found out that they allow smoking in the balcony and you can smell the smoke in the room. We informed the staff about the smell but they said they couldn’t do anything about. We politely asked them if we could cancel our reservation and they said they would talk to the manager. They offered us a different room for the night but it was only slightly better. The next day we asked again if they had discussed with the manager and they said they could not help us. We ended up moving to another hotel and lost one night of our payment. The hotel was full of Russian tourists at the time, if that makes a difference to anyone. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There are way more better hotels and for less.

Didn’t have Beach View from my room. The price of the room was too much even in New Years Eve.
