I will definitely stay again. Only complaint is parking.

My husband and I stayed here in May after spending a week in Hampton Bays for a wedding due to an early morning flight out and conflicts with the train schedule. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast your typical continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and staff kept the area clean and replenished. The hotel is conveniently located by the Jamaica Center Station and the AirTrain to JFK. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

My stay was very disappointing due to poor maintenance and lack of customer service. The water filter and the coffee dispenser near the reception were both not working. My room did not have any hand soap, and despite calling the front desk two or three times, no one came to provide it—even until I checked out. The staff, including the reception and support team, were unresponsive and showed little concern for guest requests. This level of service is unacceptable, and it significantly impacted my overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor service and lack of basic amenities.

Quiet and clean rooms, convenient to public transportation. But the neighborhood is terribly dirty, rundown, and sketchy. The hotel amenities and maintenance are not up to standard- I had issues getting WiFi, TV, water filling station, and coffee. And some of the front desk staff were not friendly or helpful at all. I will not stay here again.

The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is good. The only complaint is that is no parking.

Hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, but the surrounding areas were terrible. Stink, garbage ever. What a beautiful hotel to be surrounded by such mess! Be prepared to pay 55$ per day for parking with in and out privilege near by. No parking provided by hotel.

The service was not good. The remote and tv was not working in the room and when I called front desk they do not pick up their phone no matter how many times I called them. I could not sleep because it was very uncomfortable in the room and they would not change my room. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Guys stay away from this place and the worst part they charge so much for the room and no parking, I had to pay for parking, it’s not worth wasting your money and time there.

This hotel is in a rough area. Trash all over the streets. Sketchy characters on street corners. The hotel inside is mostly fine with the exception my shower door would it close so water went all over the floor. Also there was next to zero water pressure. It’s cheap and very convenient to JFK via the sky train. But if you’re not comfortable in a very diverse neighborhood, you should skip this place.
