This appears to be a scam listing. Do not book this property. I reserved and fully paid for this apartment for a five-day trip. Despite the booking being confirmed, I had still not received any check-in instructions one day before my arrival. I contacted the property several times but received no response. On the day of check-in, I arrived at the listed address, but there was no staff member, agent, or anyone available to facilitate my check-in. I was left standing outside the property with my luggage for several hours. I repeatedly called the property and received no response, and I also sent multiple messages via WhatsApp. After approximately eight hours, I finally received a response on WhatsApp. I was told that they did not have any properties listed on Expedia and had never received my reservation. As a result, I was left without accommodation and had to urgently find an alternative place to stay in a tourist destination where most accommodation was already fully booked. This caused significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. I strongly advise other travellers not to book this listing until Expedia has investigated and confirmed that it is legitimate.
