Good spot if you need anything overnight by the airport, front desk was very professional and helpful. Only downfalls were the bathroom faucet almost ready to fall off and hair in the shower - yuck!

I checked in around 9:00 AM and approached the front desk. The staff member asked for my identification, returned it, and instructed me to wait to the side. After waiting for about 25 minutes with no update, I approached her again to ask what I was waiting for. Only then was I informed that check-in time is at 12:00 noon. This information should have been communicated to me from the beginning so I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting unnecessarily. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and consider this poor customer service.
