If I could give more then 5 stars I would! This place was 10/10 - such a beautiful resort and the staff as so lovely and helpful! Will definitely be back :)

Had the best stay ever!! Staffs were very courteous, kind, polite, sincere and smiling always. The resort was huge but there are free buggy services available. We were greeted by a huge front lobby and a very warm welcome by a concierge staff named Danial. He explained to us in details about the resorts, open timing of some facilities and etc. Resort have 3 swimming pools. The main one comes with a kids' pool. We enjoyed ourselves on all 3 of them. Kids will have fun with a to feed the goats and also an indoor activity place with lots of programme for them. We got a room facing their 2nd swimming pool. Room was clean, big and cosy. The outside of our room was kampung-like but the inside is very modern. Clean drinking water was provided in the room in sealed glass bottle. You can just call room service for free top up of those. Resort is accessible to beaches. Around 10mins walk to Cenang Beach Walk. Beaches are clean with white soft sands. A lot of eating places along the beach. Cenang mall is also near.

Had a wonderful stay at Penang Beach Resort in Langkawi. I booked a sea view room, and waking up to the beautiful ocean scenery every morning was definitely the highlight of the trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the beach and sunset. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

We had a pleasant and wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and clean. We had a nice lakefront view. The beachside was also very clean. The resort is walkable distance from the street so good for shopping. The food at the restaurants in the resort can be improved.

Hotel is very nicely presented, buildings and pools look impressive although things seem a bit tired when you look in detail. Food was ok, but also missing the Malaysian restaurant all week so that was limiting. Breakfast buffet ok nothing amazing. On a plus so many loungers by the pool and beach. But one major problem, where we stayed on the resort there is a music venue over the road and it plays music all night Fridays and Saturdays, still music going at 9am! Could not sleep. Be warned, staff know about it but didn’t have any apology

The resort was beautiful, beach and pools were good and plenty of comfortable sun-loungers and fresh towels. Breakfast was good with a vast array of cuisines to please the many cultures staying at the hotel. Location was perfect for a beach still into town. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. We had a sea view room with balcony. However, the downside was that you could hear what was going on in the rooms above and to the sides of ours. General noise (children crying, prayer time, moving around) we could cope with but we had two nights of being kept awake by inconsiderate neighbours above us who were banging doors and cupboards and arguing, so much so we rang reception at midnight to complain. Nothing was done unfortunately until we raised it with the duty manager again the following day and we moved rooms. It did taint our experience as we were hoping for a relaxing stay and it was the most expensive hotel of our trip. The staff were helpful however and as the buildings are wooden, you are going to get some noise but this was beyond acceptable. So I would say you are at the mercy of your neighbours to a certain extent.

A great hotel within short distance from the airport. Two excellent swimming pools and fantastic breakfast. We encountered two separate issues during our stay and it took a bit of back and forth of emailing and Expedia’s interference to resolve. Without those issues it would have been a truly wonderful experience.

The room was immaculate and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The pool area was stunning and breakfast was great! We'd definitely return if we ever get the chance! Many thanks
