තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

My fridge was left dirty, but other than that, my stay was great. The hotel was centrally located and the room was large.

Theres one Front desk personnel that should retrain on customer service (Nisrine is the name), she’s rude and forgot to inform my friend about the valet parking situation which is the hours of operation. So don’t avail their valet parking if you have a flight before 7:30 am otherwise they will make you pay again for you to get your car.

Lovely Clean room

Loved my stay here. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff is very accommodating. I was arriving a bit before check in, and they communicated well about having a storage area for luggage, but I ended up being able to check in early. The hotel is very conveniently located for many bus routes, a short walk in either direction for really cool areas (Old Montreal or Place de Arts), and close to metro station if needed. There’s a great food hall just around the corner. It’s on a main road, and felt very safe, but I was not kept up with city sounds. The room was spacious, and the view was great from my room. I did not get breakfast at the hotel as it was quite expensive. My only complaint would be that the walls seem paper thin. I got lucky and had a fairly quiet hallway, but if it had been more rowdy, I think it would have annoyed me. It’s also not too prohibitive, but there is only one elevator, so if you’re coming and going at popular times, you might be waiting a while for it, especially on a higher floor. I have a knee injury so I could not do the stairs, but I just made a point to arrive a little before or after peak hours (around check in/out, common meal hours). Overall a fantastic and affordable hotel and I will definitely book again on my next trip to Montreal.
