Plus: staff was super helpful and lovely, and the breakfast was good, location is good (easy walk to Nice Riquer station and to the liveliest parts of the town). Minuses: the doors to the rooms had scratches on them, the fire alarm went off twice during the night (false alarm, I assume this is a rare occurence), everything feels a bit flimsy. Maybe a more fun vibe if you're younger and are into partying.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in Europe. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff go out of their way to help their clients. Our stay was very comfortable and I would stay again there.

The hotel was very clean and has fun decor. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Also, their air conditioning worked well during the heat wave we experienced.

We loved the decor. Breakfast was great and we had lunch twice at the restaurant which was great. We didn’t like the glass door on the toilet, it didn’t allow for much privacy. We were also travelling in very hot weather, because we had the couch folded up into a bunk it obstructed the air flow of the air conditioner so the room was quite hot to sleep.

The room was pleasant. However daily cleaning only consisted of changing towels, bed sheets often not replaced and actual surface cleaning did not happen so most surfaces were very dusty and floors dirty. Tissue box and soap dispenser not replenished despite being empty for multiple days. Room was a good temperature and design was lovely but some elements impractical such as fridge being kept inside cabinet that it did not fit in causing fridge door to scrape on cabinet each opening and overheating due to enclosed space. Staff lovely and very accommodating and reception area lovely and cool. Overall the hotel was good to stay in just some cleanliness and facility improvements are needed long term.
