Splendid Secret Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Great hotel in a wonderful location close to Lake Kiem and able to walk easily around the old town or book a grab if going further. Delicious breakfast and super kind and friendly staff. A great first experience in Hanoi - that I would book again when I return

Friendly staff

We had a quadruple family room and it was extremely small, one room couldn’t fit any bed side tables and it was a struggle to open suitcases comfortably. The pool area was extremely slippery, within an hour of being at the pool my son and another boy had slipped over hurting themselves- we didn’t go back as the floor was continuously filled with water which wasn’t being maintained. The breakfast was not kept stocked up, we had to ask for basics such as bread and drinks on more than one occasion. On a positive note, the staff are polite and friendly.

We had a great stay at Splendid secret, the amenities were great, room was clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi. The location is also great walking distance to many restaurants, the train street and more.
