The furniture and kitchen wear needs a replacement upgrade. Considering the 5 star cost, these should reflect the price.

Hotel location was perfect. We could walk to most destinations. View of the harbor from our room was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the seaplanes arrivals and departures. Our 1 bedroom suite was huge and comfortable. The 1-bedroom suite had a full size kitchen;round dining table capable of seating 6; a living room with sofa and two chairs that led to a sliding glass door that led to a small outdoor patio with small table and chairs overlooking the harbor. The bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed and plenty of space to be used for clothing in a good sized dresser. Bathroom was average size with everything clean and tidy. Though the building was a bit on the older size, it was well run, clean and the staff was helpful and polite. I would definitely choose to stay there again.

We had a great view of the water and enjoyed watching a sea plane land in the morning. The parking garage is secure and easy to manage, and the hotel is in a great location for walking around. Our room was perfect! Very clean and the beds were great.

Location is key when in Victoria. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. And loved the balcony!

I had a pleasant stay at Regent Waterfront Hotel. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is excellent, with easy access to the waterfront and many nearby attractions.
One thing to note is that there is no restaurant in the hotel itself; however, there are plenty of great dining options within walking distance, so it wasn't an issue. The property is a bit older, but it is well maintained and kept in good condition. Overall, it's a comfortable place to stay with a great location and attentive service.

Loved the size of the room and full kitchen
Did upgrade to marine view and loved it.
Walking distance to restaurants u assume but we just stayed in the room ordered in as it was only 1 night.
