තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Horrendous. Oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. Room has one mug, one towel, one pillow - two of us staying. Dirty sponges left at the sink, clearly used multiple times. Bed was horrific, worst mattress I've ever slept on, very old, bed falling apart, not even a full size double. Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. Fridge not cleaned, food still in there from last person.Young men staying at the property drinking, knocking on doors and shouting until 4.30am. Residents at the property, not just staying for a trip. Doors all over the property I'll fitting and large gaps at the bottom of all doors, light and noise all night. Furniture unstable and handles missing. I appreciate we paid a very cheap price, but cheap shouldn't mean having to leave the property at 5am because we couldn't take it anymore. Completely unacceptable.
