Get place for base camp when visiting the grand canyon. Clean, well taken care of property. Trailer was clean and ready. Was stocked with kitchen utensils, which came in super handy. Chris the host was a real pleasure to deal with. Everything went great. Highly recommended

The drain was clogged, and water backed up. I wasn't able to take a shower.

Very unique stay with friendly and supportive staff. Amenities were great as this space functioned as if it was a full studio apartment with its own private outdoor jacuzzi tub. Location was extremely convenient to the Grand Canyon South Rim.

Many good things, and very helpful staff, but problem with hot water, adjusting heat and AC; small quarters, no Kleenex, hard to locate.

Very quaint spot, kind of off the beaten path. Very quiet. Staff is quick to respond and address any questions or concerns. Had a great time, and if we return to the Grand Canyon we’ll use this spot again.

This was a very different vacation stay. Property manager did not send us camper info, but we were able to reach them via phone. Our airstream was extremely small but it had everything we needed…just a very tight fit. Others campers on property are a bit larger. Site is convenient to Grand Canyon visitor center.
