Environment was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and refilled regularly. 5 sets of washers and dryers, they were properly cleaned and maintained. Not easy to be reached by public transportation, WIFI were not working at all for our 2 rooms, even our 5 cell phones were having data plans with local mobiles and roaming with China Mobile.

First time staying at Echeng. Hotel layout was bit confusing but overall experience was great. Friendly staff, clean and modern facilities, great breakfast options, and the conveniently situated in the city center. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Chengdu.

Nice buffet breakfast, clean room, adequate laundry facilities and also a small gym. Staff do not speak any English but 10/10 regardless.

Had a really pleasant stay at Echeng Hotel Chengdu. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist was efficient and helpful throughout. Laundry services were convenient and reliable, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is great! Easy to get around and close to everything you need. Loved the in-room smart system (Xiaodu) as well, which added a nice modern touch. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience!
