Well maintained and great location. They could improve the restaurant menu options

The booking for this property was done by my daughter in the U.S on my behalf. It was an accidental booking, because originally the booking was intended for "STERLING GURUVAYUR. My stay was OK, except for a dispute with the staff for an additional cost imposed on me for the extra bed. While booking it was specifically mentioned the number of persons 3 and a spacious room with 3 beds was selected and payment done online accordingly. Still i was asked to pay extra for the additional guest. I find this objectionable and would not recommend the property for any other customer in future. I hope you will take up the matter with the hotel. Also the food was not upto the standard. Regards Satish Chandran

Room was decent and clean. Nothing too fancy but very practical and neat. The food at the restaurant was outstanding. We had three meals, lunch, dinner and breakfast the next day. Very reasonable and excellent taste and quality with south indian as well as north indian items and the sadhya.

Staff extremely polite and helpful. Comfortable beds Location a small walk to the temple, elderly might need an auto. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay

Courteous staff, clean and good rooms, good food
