Right in the heart of Yerevan.Very close to everything.Nice restaurants and cafes around. Clean, cozy and very spacious apartment. Has all the kitchen utilities. The staff is very helpful.Stayed with 2 toddlers and didn’t have any difficulties. The only down part is the entrance of the building is a bit tricky. Had troubles finding it at first. Would definitely stay here again.

amazing location and a great stay. only suggestion is to not take offered airport shuttle. charged us almost five times more than taking a ride with Yandex on return trip.

위치는 예레반 주요 관광지를 다니기에 좋은 위치 입니다 주변 레스토랑과 카페도 많쿠요 다만 층간 소음이 좀 심했습니다 5박중2박은 숙면 했고 3박은 이웃이 시끄러웠고 방음 시설이 쫌 약합니다 세탁기 인덕션 욕실 인테리어 고급지고 넓어서 좋쿠요 바로 앞에 마트도 있구 위치가 참 좋아요
