The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was extremely delicious and filling!

A beautifully designed hotel that is modern, stylish, and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including a safe, tea and coffee-making facilities, toiletries, robes, slippers, and even a pillow menu. The staff are friendly, professional, and we’re always happy to help during my stay. The hotel’s interior design creates a a up market yet relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a day exploring Wroclaw, it really was a place you enjoyed coming back to after sight seeing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily choose this hotel again when returning to Wroclaw.

The absolute best staff, comfortable room, & the perfect location. My only real complaint is the door into your room is extremely difficult to open. I struggled quite a bit getting into (& out of) my room. For that reason, I have difficulty recommending to others. Also, mini bar needs to be “pre-ordered” which defeats the entire purpose, & the hair dryer only works if you press on a button the entire time. All minor annoyances, but for a 5 star hotel I did expect better.

Design Excellence, The Cyrus Hotel lived up to all my expectations and more. Conveniently located in the old town if was easy to walk around and see everything, with great restaurants and bars all around. The hotel itself was beautiful and its detailing exquisite, and the hotel had an exceptionally kind and helpful staff.

We had a great stay, the hotel was modern and very clean, and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. All amenities were very good and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Would 100% stay here again.
