We LOVED this place. It has a “library” theme in the common areas, which really do feel like being in a beautiful public library. It has coffee and tea available all day, with “sweets” time (free Hokkaido cookies) in the late afternoon and cocktail hour in the early evening. It also has the most *amazing* breakfast buffet, with dozens of different dishes emphasizing local Hokkaido dairy products and beef. We were here for two nights and the breakfast dishes were different again on the second morning. The room was great too, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and location was convenient to the station and to central Sapporo. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff took such excellent care of us, doing all possible to accommodate requests and assist as needed. Would have loved more fresh fruit choices for breakfast, but there were plenty of other stuff on the spread.
