Staff were extremely helpful. Assisted with holding my luggage when I flew out later than check out. Each time I arrived, I was given a warm welcome.

නියමයි It’s alright. I arrived super late and there were some confusion. I think it had a lot to do with my insistence of using my broken Japanese. If I used English, a lot of things would have been a lot clearer. The room itself was relatively clean, but there were some dirt underneath the amenities dish. The previous traveler probably didn’t use any of those amenities so some dirt got in and were left unnoticed.
I do wish the room could come with a hair dryer, but other than that and the typical APA offerings in guest rooms, I can’t really complain that much. The room did came with a free bottle of water, so I do appreciate that.
