Nicely appointed hotel. Counter staff helpful and friendly. The outside pool was nice, but small, and had quite a few leaves floating around. We went in the evening, so maybe it is only cleaned/checked once a day.

Clean rooms excellent staff and a breakfast like a PRO and a place to park my ford pinto. Thankful for all the people in my visit

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Alan. I was running the Big Sur marathon and he shared so much advice and was so encouraging. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Monterrey. This was a great hotel.

Great stay and awesome staff. bed very comfortable and good breakfast options. Only concern sounds through walls can be an issue.

Location was good, within walking distance of downtown. And we got a great restaurant recommendation from Alan, who is super friendly. Room was quiet and breakfast was standard. Nothing to rave about.

good room and decent breakfast. only issue was there was no air conditioner in my room. Thankfully it wasn’t a problem due to the weather outside, just want to warn others not to stay here if it’s really warm outside.

I liked the beautiful views of the blooming plants and lush vegetation.
The property was well maintained. Restaurant costs were high but food good.
I appreciated the refrigerator in the room.
