Really a good spot for access to Hard Rock without paying Hard Rock prices. Not fancy, but clean and comfy, with spacious rooms.

Dina from reception was fantastic. Although I requested the 6th floor in Dec for my May stay I was given a spectacular room on the 4th floor looking right at Hard Rock. Great view of the guitar. Room 407! I was at the hotel for 1 night to see Keith Urban. While my room was beautiful the people a floor above me kept me awake from 3am-4am. Why I like the top floor. I had to call reception and she took it upon herself to knock on their door. It stopped their rudeness. The room was beautiful. Clean and accommodating with a full kitchen if need be. A great stay.

Our room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it was very clean. The free breakfast was nice. Had a great selection for a free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our third visit to this hotel and we will be back.

I booked a room with two queen beds and for some reason they felt that one bed and a pull out sofa counts as two beds. Manager on duty refused to give me a room with two beds because I booked on hotels.com and not direct. Rooms were available, and She did offer me a second room at full price if I needed another bed.
