Namsan Forest Myeongdong Station

3日間の滞在。滞在中は、自分でタオル交換。バスタオルなし。 部屋のゴミ袋の替えなし。トイレの鍵は壊れていました。トイレの直ぐ隣にシャワーあり。シャワーカーテンもなく便器が濡れてしまいます。排水口も詰まっており流れません。冷蔵庫もなし。ベッドも衛生的ではなかったです。 部屋とトイレに一段の段差。かなりの段差で手すりなく危険。

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was excellent and made it very easy to get around Seoul, especially with how convenient it was to access different parts of the city from Myeongdong. The room was spacious and comfortable. One thing that surprised me was the bathroom layout, where the shower was integrated into the sink area. As an American-style traveler, I wasn't used to that setup, but I assume it was designed as a space-saving solution. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and spoke excellent English, which made communication effortless. She was always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My only significant concern was the air conditioner. When I turned it on, I noticed a large amount of mold buildup inside the unit. It appeared as though it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Since mold can be a health concern, I chose not to use the air conditioning during my stay. I believe this is something the hotel should address, as blowing air through a moldy unit could potentially affect guests' health. Aside from that, everything else was great. I especially appreciated the basement facilities, which included a dining area, laundry machines, and even a station for cleaning shoes. I found these amenities extremely useful and thoughtful. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again if the air conditioning maintenance issue were resolved.

Nothing to like

As a family of 5, we needed 3 beds, and our room had 3. The room does not have sheets, and the a/c unit worked hard to stay cool, but it took a while to cool down. Good location for walking distance to Myeongdong Market area. Shower and restroom are one room, so you must put your dry clothes in the cabinet above the toilet to keep them dry. Interesting experience for our American family.

Great location. Complete household equipment such as washing machine, stove and cutleries. Very suitable for family stay. Microwave is available at the common area. Staff is very helpful

Trying to find it was difficult as the name on the building is different then the “hotel” itself ok for a night.

Great area for shopping and night live

Unable to lock door on first day. Only responded the next day. We were on the same level next to a Company. There were loud construction noises as early as 7am even on weekends, including Sundays and Christmas day! Construction materials were shrouded on corridor, constituting fire hazard. We met our fellow countrymen who feedbacked they could hear the noise 4 stories up. Fortunately though both our floor and water heater were working, unlike theirs.

I am incredibly disappointed with this stay. We got there and the room was not ready. We got into the parking garage and there were bugs everywhere. We went up to the B1 lounge and waited for our room to be ready and we saw a huge spider and more mosquitos flying around. We finally got up to our room and there were mosquitos and other bugs in there too. My son is completely covered in mosquito bites and is so uncomfortable. My arm is bit up as well from the bugs. I know the host knew about the bugs, it is hard to ignore but he acted like he didn’t know about the bugs. We left as soon as we could in the morning. I will never ever go back.
