I come back to Hanoi every year, and I think I’ve finally found my go-to hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of great food and coffee options just steps away for my daily routine.
One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to get around. Whether I’m taking a taxi to nearby cities or exploring Hanoi, I can avoid much of the heavy traffic compared to other areas. It’s also within walking distance of the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and even West Lake.
I especially enjoy strolling through the neighborhood streets lined with beautiful old trees, which give the area a charming and relaxing atmosphere. For convenience, location, and overall comfort, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I look forward to staying here again on future visits.

Our stay was wonderful. Loved the hotel. Staff was great and very attentive to us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and included so many options. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Toby was amazing 10/10 customer service. Most of the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful 8/10
Breakfast in the basement and food options were terrible. Dining options overall were limited 2/10
Most of the bedrooms have no windows which felt very uncomfortable. Mattress quality was bad, however the room and bathroom interior is beautiful and clean. Hotel in a great location.

Great hotel in a good location, walking distance to attractions and old town.
Rooms very clean and comfortable with good amenities. Staff were very helpful, especially when i lost my house keys just before we were due to go to the airport! Would recommend and we would stay here again
