සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Room wasn't clean, smell smoke, air conditioner wasn't work, supposed to have breakfast in the morning as advertised, but no breakfast, bathroom smells also, dried poop under the toilet seat, we already paid for two days but we left after one day and find another hotel

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු The mattress was terrible, lumpy, and flat. My first room highly smelled of smoke with the smoke detector missing. The neighbors had a barking dog and I'm terrified of dogs. No washcloth was available for my shower and the water pressure was very low.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Just spend the more for a nicer place. The beds were horribly worn in, and people are yelling throughout the night. Our bathroom had mold and there were brown stains on the walls that I believe were feces. I tried to ask for an extra towel in the evening but apparently you need to do that before 3pm. When we returned to our room, housekeeping had left towels on the unmade beds. When I raised concerns about the feces after check in and wanted to end my stay, I was told the no refund policy was strict.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු I will never stay in this dump again, the room they put me in was filthy, I asked to be moved and that room was filthy also. The appliances didn’t work, the remote for the tv didn’t work and they didn’t have another one to replace it with. Complaining to the staff was useless, they didn’t care. Hopefully this place goes out of business
