The manager was very nice and helped me out in a couple of ways. The staff were either unempowered or disinclined to take any action to help, always telling me to call back at some future time (late checkin, guest parking). My flight got me to the hotel at 10:30 a.m. but early checkin was declined, so I sat in the business area for two hours before coming back out to ask if a room was ready, and it was. The breakfast options were limited, and both types of juice that I tried were noticeably diluted. Checkout time is 11 a.m., which was inconveniently early for me (was there to attend an event that started at 1 p.m.)

Great stay! Excellent well equipped suites. We were in a double bedroom suite and were able to stay and cook very comfortably. They had a good breakfast. Everything we needed. Would highly recommend!
