Beautiful property with clean rooms

Great hotel staff and big rooms - but the restaurant and drinks are awful -

I like the location and the room was clean. Staff was great and friendly and didn’t hear noise in hallways at night. Definitely recommend

I had an excellent experience at the Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered comfortable, spacious accommodations. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which provided a relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and beautiful views. The convenient location also made it easy to access nearby attractions and dining. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Front desk agent was not helpful, not friendly, dry and gave wrong information about room location. Hotel needs to add or locate bell cart better especially on a Sunday morning,3 carts does not cut it. Rooftop bar should always have room for hotel guests regardless of event and not made to wait a hopeful 30 minutes. Everything else about this hotel is amazing.

Clean, very nice. Every staff member was very nice. Great parking and location. Down town Arcadia also has tons of great places to eat if you want a quick trip from hotel.

The entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was overwhelming, and every breath I took smelled like smoke. I was unable to sleep at all throughout the night because of it. Hilton promised that I would only be charged $75 for the room that night, and I would appreciate receiving my refund as soon as possible.

Brand new hotel that is extremely clean.
