Palm Paradise Aonang Resort

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

It was a good hotel over all, but the whole place could do with a spruce up

Do not book here!! When we arrived, the front desk made us wait until 2pm. From our experience with other hotels in Thailand, we arrived before 2pm check in time and every other place allowed us to check in early. There was no air conditioning in the lobby so we waited in the heat. When we were brought down to our room the lock was jammed and the staff couldn’t unlock the door to let us in. Once we got inside it didn’t look like the pictures advertised. There was a substance on the bed as well as dirt and our feet became dirty from the floors. There was also a gap in the front door allowing mosquitoes to come inside. After staying there for an hour we decided to leave, and when we walked back up to the lobby the lady at the front desk was sleeping. She offered us no compensation though we had only stayed there an hour.

I had to leave the property bc it was terrible… rooms are in a really bad condition, ans in the bed it was dirty and make a reservation in another hotel the same day I couldn’t spend a night in there. It was awful.

This place is probably the best stay in Ao Nang. The private bungalows and landscaping are unforgettable. My only criticism is that my wifi was slow. If you work online, the wifi would not permit that, you would need a good sim card. Otherwise 10/10 will stay again. Enjoy Ao Nang!

Rooms are spacious and towels/sheets were changed out daily ( almost to much ) Older hotel with hard beds but great location with nice helpful staff. We spent most of our time away from the hotel so it was fine. Ok but not terrible

All of the above the room was absolutely shocking mouldy bathroom, the smell of sewage and nothing like the pictures advertised we tried to coplain and get some money back but the staff were very rude and didnt really care

Room was huge. View was nice but the beds were like sleeping on cement. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child and even paid extra fees for an extra guest and when we got there there was no mattress for him and they charged us for mattress, pillow and blanket. Breakfast was very over priced so we went elsewhere. Pool and everything is very dated for the price they charge for the stay.

Estuvimos en una habitacion donde entraron 2 lagartijas, fuimos a ver al lobby si podian ayudar a sacarlas y nomas dijeron que iban a mandar a alguien y nunca lo hicieron, tambien habia muchas hormigas y los baños estaban muy sucios

Well a bumpy start but this was fixed rapidly buy the young girl on reception. The morning buffet with egg station was better than most hotels and had a resonable selection. I advise the duluxe larger rooms over the villas as they are a little dated and the bathrooms are in need of renovation. The staff where exceptional.
