Outstanding Hotel – A Benchmark for Excellence My stay at the Burman Hotel was exceptional in every respect. From the moment of arrival, it was clear that this hotel operates at the very highest standard. The service is truly exemplary. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Every interaction was handled with care, efficiency, and warmth, setting a level of service that many hotels could learn from. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a strong focus on quality, comfort, and detail. Everything functions seamlessly, creating an environment where you can fully relax and feel well looked after. The experience was so positive that I have already booked my next stay in Tallinn with the Burman Hotel. That alone says enough. Elegant hotel in a great location in the old town. Room not huge but large enough and very comfortable with every possible amenity. Great breakfast. Fantastic staff - very helpful and friendly. Great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel.

When we go back to Tallin we definitely will stay in this beautiful hotel again. Very happy. As it was only new there were a couple of hiccups but all was fabulous.
