Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan

The room was one of the better room I have had in China. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Not all staff speak English, but they were always trying to help by all means. They helped me with ticket booking and provided me with recommendations on where to go, which was amazing. The room was always being cleaned and spotless, breakfast was mediocre, but its not too bad. The view was amazing. 10/10 recommend and will come back.

Nice hotel with very nice rooms and great breakfast. Area around the hotel is still developing and perhaps a little less accessible than other parts of the town. Pool is for playing not for exercise and gym is also very limited. On site laundry machines is a huge plus but be prepared to queue for usage when things get busy. Hotel staff were extremely helpful in planning my visit to the park and helping to book tickets which I usually do myself but their service was too good to resist.

We loved our stay here, a beautiful place! Located conveniently to shops and the parks for exploring. The staff were helpful, and polite - the staff also folded our washing, the room was laid out and the gym was 24 hours too! Ideal for a busy travel schedule

Clean and relatively new hotel rooms in a convenient and quiet area of Wulingyuan. I recommend including the hotel breakfast in your stay if you’re going on a tour since it’s convenient and has both western and Asian options. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and main tourist area.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Clean room and reception hall. Staff service is the world class.

Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan was amazing, the mountains and trails are unreal. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate when we were there, so it was mostly cloudy and wet. If you go, hope for clear skies, it makes a huge difference.

Food was good. Staff was great. And close to everything.
