Mactan Grand Golden Hotel near Airport

The staff was great, they were very helpful and did what they could to help us enjoy our stay. The room we had only had one electrical outlet in it. The TV programming was predominantly in Asian, the view outside our window was awful, the mirror in the bathroom had an LED light around it that flashed on and off all night which typically isn’t a big deal but the door was glass so we saw that all night and the exercise room has cheap and outdated equipment. The bottom line is the staff is great. However, the owners could do a better job of making the amenities more pleasurable for all guests.

It was an amazing stay. The facilities are superb. We love their sky park. The staff are accommodating.

A very friendly and accommodating location. We had a great time. Lots of services available nearby. Confident security and overall nice.

The place is clean and new . The staff are very nice and attentive . We don’t have any problem with parking since we didn’t have a car to park but there a space to park . The only negative I could say is that the place is not easy to locate . Can drivers don’t know the place yet . The signage of the hotel on the street is very small . But overall I would recommend the place .

For a fairly new hotel I expected it to be in better condition. TV didn’t work. Not many towels. Restaurant was good. I would not offer food you do not know how to cook. Stick to your strength - Filipino dishes.

The rooms are spacious and clean and modern. The issue I ran into is that there was only one outlet and it had to be shared with the fridge. The TV also wasn't working amd I switched rooms eventually. The next room had the same issue. The hotel is nice but the surrounding area is not.

It’s isolated but safe. Should turn on the water heater when confirmed check in and before guests gets in the room. Could use softer towels as it looks like the towels were hung dry instead of machine dry. The bathroom could use an exhaust system. The restaurant staff were awesome but meat could be more tender and less salty. Convenient store is a plus.
