The bathroom was too small. The bidet was in front of the toilet and both in front of the shower. There is a little space to pass to the shower. The shower did not work properly. It says " free parking" in Expedia but you have to park on the street. There is not a parking lot. I do not recommend this place.

Good place and really good value. The coffee downstairs is the best. Everybody friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. I like it!

Met all the clean and comfortable criteria but really excelled on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The owners run a small restaurant / bar downstairs and went out of their way to make the stay warm, comfortable and easy. A great slice of Italian life.

All of the staff was kind, gracious, and friendly. The food was excellent. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

Room was Very Clean and Comfortable. The Cafe/Bar closes at 10pm so the sounds quiet down after that. Cafe open at 6:30am for coffee!!! Otherwise you can hear people in the hallways and the doors opening and closing. We were there in the off-season (Nov.) so not much foot traffic or late night noise. Staff were very helpful, kind and spoke English. Thank you!

This was a good place to stay for a night after a long flight from Australia. The only downside as that the water was not hot for showers at night nor in the morning The café/bar adjoining the property was very good and open early for breakfast

IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF THEN AVOID BY ALL MEANS.IT IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. EVERYTHING FALLING APART AND BROKEN. THE LIST AS FOLLOWS , ITS LONG BUT WILL BE WORTH TOUR READ A/C DOES NOT COOL THERE'S NO DUVET JUST A SINGLE BED SHEET AND THAT TOO DIRTY NO ONE PICKS UP PHONE ROOM HAS MOLDS FROM WATER STAIN BALCONY DOOR DOES NOT LOCK, ITS BROKEN THERES ONLY 1 PLUG POINT IN THE ROOM 2 LIGHTS 1 DOES NOT WORK TOILET PAPER HOLDER BROKEN IN ORDER TO REACH TOILTET PAPER YOU HAVE TO GET UP FROM TOILET WITHOUT CLEANING YOURSELF HAND SHOWER IS BODY PIERCING LEFT ME WITH RED MARKS ON MY BODY BREAKFAST SUBSTANDARD, NO EGGS, NO FRUITS, NO BREAD, NO JUICE, NOT WATER ONLY SWEET AND SUGARY PASTRY.

A cozy and convenient place to stay for the night before a flight back to the USA the following day. It’s very close to Ostia antica. So you can spend the last day of a trip to Italy on a relaxing excursion to Ostia archeological park. The host is very friendly, helpful and speaks good English. There’s a convenient bar style restaurant on site. The owner provides a shuttle to the airport. He also welcomes you with a drink of your choice ie. Prosecco, coke.
